The first thing I noticed is that the sound is (a bit metallic), especially the high-pitched sounds, but in no way is it bothersome. It should be noted that the device amplifies ALL sounds at once; simply adjust the volume.
   
   For my part, I have adapted perfectly to the amplified sound. It is very, very important to select the appropriate plug; I had to put the largest one. If it beeps, it means the device is loose; press it lightly; it has to fit perfectly. It's important to keep the ear canal clean. I've been using it for several days and it works perfectly, NO, NO beeps, the battery lasts a long time. And,
   
   To all this, I wonder: Are the GAES headphones better? I would like to see it, the economic difference is brutal, it's not worth it.

   Great fit and they appear to offer the same level as one much larger. These are much better, as no one knows i’ve got them in. With the others it’s too obvious and then people start talking to you as if you’re stupid. With these, i have my confidence back a bit more! Would recommend!
